We exist to provide services and initiatives that positively influence the health and well-being of students, staff and their families. We offer booked physician appointments and accommodate walk-in requests as best we can. Our visits may range from crisis management, an accident or injury, persons seeking out specific information, or the need for a quiet space to regroup. We average about 14,000 visits through our door yearly to see our team members. In addition, our registered nurses and in-house counselling team provide education sessions to groups if requested.

Our physician clinics run daily between 9 am – 4 pm, often with different physicians’ morning and afternoon, from September to April. We are quite flexible in accommodating physician’s schedules. Physicians are paid an hourly rate of $140, and receive a 70/30 split (physicians receiving 70%) of anything billed above the $140/hr. Appointments range from 10min to 30min, depending on the circumstances of work. A large portion of our physician appointments are to support the mental health needs of our students (anxiety, depression and ADHD). Other common appointments include sexual health visits, prescription refills, and general physical concerns.
